These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Team Nautica S.R.L. e-commerce site, as well as purchases made online and those requested through quote forms. The purchase implies full acceptance of these conditions.
The site mainly markets:
Solid teak panels
Sealants, primers and accessories for boating
Some products, such as the PRIMER, can only be purchased by registered users as a company (B2B).
You can buy:
Directly online via WooCommerce e-commerce
Offline on request for a quote via contact form, with subsequent confirmation by e-mail
All prices quoted are in euros, including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
The accepted payment methods are:
PayPal
Google Pay
Apple Pay
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfers unless specifically agreed.
Shipments are made through third-party express couriers, selected for reliability and national and international coverage.
Delivery times vary according to the availability of the product and its stock in the warehouse.
Any delays not attributable to Team Nautica S.R.L. do not entitle you to cancel the order or to compensation for damages.
All orders are subject to product availability. In case of exhaustion or delay, the customer will be contacted to evaluate alternative solutions or obtain a full refund.
There is no right of withdrawal or return policy on the products purchased, except in the case of demonstrable manufacturing defects or errors attributable to Team Nautica.
The customer is required to check the integrity of the goods upon delivery and report any anomalies within 48 hours of receipt.
The invoice can be requested at the time of ordering. B2B customers are required to enter a valid VAT number to finalize the purchase of products reserved for companies.
Team Nautica makes shipments in Italy and in the foreign countries provided for in the e-commerce system.
Shipping costs and times for abroad are calculated automatically when ordering.
Team Nautica S.R.L. is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the improper use of the products or delays attributable to couriers.
The processing of personal data takes place in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

These conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rovigo, except for mandatory provisions provided for by law.
